Apple Juice & Raisin Bread French Toast
Today we are making homemade apple juice and raisin bread French toast! This is one of my favorites.
First we start by cracking out farm fresh eggs…. If you don’t live on a farm, you can buy your farm fresh eggs from Azure!
Now, after mixing the eggs, we dip the whole wheat raisin bread into the egg.
We take our egg covered piece of bread and lay it in our pan with a little bit of Coconut oil to keep it from sticking.
I will let them cook for a few minutes flipping from side to side…
We put some farm fresh butter and maple syrup over it…and it’s ready to eat!!! J
Now lets get started on that apple juice!
Take your apples and cut them in slices…
Then we drop them down the little hole…
and use our plunger to push the apples down…
And out comes the juice into a little bowl and is ready to drink…
Poor into your glass and enjoy and wonderfully simple, healthy and delicious breakfast! J
This breakfast only took about 15 minutes to make from start to finish..it was gone in about 5 minutes! The approximate cost for this dish is 1.07 cents per person if you buy your items from Azure Standard.
With Much Love,
Beth Joy
