Titus 2:3 The aged women likewise, that they be in behaviour as becometh holiness, not false accusers, not given to much wine, teachers of good things; that they may teach the younger women to be sober, to love their husbands, to love their children, to be discreet, chaste, keepers at home, good, obedient to their own husbands, that the Word of God be not blasphemed.

M.O.M.'s Mailbox- Bladder Infections

Question: My little girl gets bladder infections. How can I help her more naturally?

Answer: First let me say that God created you to be the perfect mother for your child. No one else can do a better job. I love to share with others but please, take what I say to prayer, talk to your husband and then make the decision that you feel God is wanting you to do. Here's what we do in our home.

First, our girls don't take bubble baths. This eliminated many of the bladder infections they were getting.
Secondly, we work on building strong immunities in our children so they can fight of illness when it attacks. We use a great deal of raw honey and virgin coconut oil in our daily use.
Third, we teach our girls proper hygiene and remind them to drink LOTS of water and get plenty of sleep

When we find that someone may be coming down with a bladder infection they are only allowed to drink water and must drink a lot of it. They must also start taking extra cranberry. We don't use cranberry juice since we found that it just wasn't enough to get the job done. We use chewable 100% cranberry tablets that I grind up and put on peanut butter sandwiches. I use a couple of tablets each time and they girls will probably eat 3 or 4 sandwiches a day till they feel the problem is resolved. I asked my daughter, one of them is more prone to bladder infections than the others, how fast she thinks this treatment gets rid of the problem. She said it's always gone in a day or two. We are always quick to take action so teach your daughter to let you know at the first sign of discomfort.

I hope this information helps and your little one is feeling better in no time.
With much love,
Mrs. Joseph Wood
